tunes always saying busy

Hey guys, alright wondering if anyone has ever run in to this problem  
before.
Let's say you'replaying a CD on itunes, and you get to a bad track,  
and the CD player freaks out cause it can't track it.  What i have  
foundis that itunes says busy, and will just hang there.
.  ny ideas of how to get around it?  I can't do anything not even  
eject the CD at that point.
Toughts?
