  Hey All, in light of the earlier note today on the MS article with  
the AIA, does this bother anyone else?...  Apple doesn't appear to be  
a member, whereas MS has someone on the steering committee.  Todays  
press release about the UIA was timed so well with the release of  
Office 2008 with its lack of access, that this could be a hellaciously  
good political tool against Apple's efforts and accomplishments with  
VO etc, as it would effectively put Apple 'out in the cold' as it  
were, since the current access model with Mac wouldn't fit.  And being  
that this organization now has several companies behind it, this could  
be quite a lil leverage tool?...  Yes?...

  Am curious for others thoughts....
