Why not download nfbtrans and port it to the mac environment? It's a C
program and has some tables though more might be needed for your purposes.
Chuck Hallenbech has tbrl which I think also uses tables and if he's still
supporting the software might be able to help you make those tables since
if memory serves he knows more than one language. That's also written in
C.
