Send the selected text of http://www.ilovewavs.com/Events/GotMail/GotMail.htm
to TextEdit via the Services menu for a list of event sounds
(Command-A to select
all, VO+m to menu bar, VO+right arrow to Safari, VO+down arrow to
Safari submenu,
type "S" for Services submenu, VO+right arrow to Services submenu, VO
+up arrow
to TextEdit, VO+right arrow to "New window containing selection")
Command+tab
to bring TextEdit app to focus. Use the list below to decide which
linked sound files
you want to sample. (You can select via the links chooser menu to
navigate).
Mail03.wav is the "typical" "You've got mail" sound, but you can
choose others.
Control-click on the links to bring up an option to save instead of
play. (If you
don't have your Mouse Cursor tracking your VoiceOver cursor, you'll
have
to route your Mouse Cursor there before you control click.
Maybe some AOL user can highjack a sound clip for you.

The first one just says you've got mail and will not let me interact
and the second one allows me to choose a sound bite and does the same
thing as the first page does. A refresh of both pages results in the
download playing again without any interaction ability from me.
