Hey all. Is there a way I can get Skype to start up when the Mac starts. If there is, how can I do it with VO? Also, I would like to know how I can put an icon in the Dock permanently? I don't want to have a cluttered desktop, and I know how to put apps on the desktop, simply by copying and pasting the shortcut from the Applications folder. But how can I put my less frequently used appps in the Dock, and delete the ones I don't use? Thanks.
