Hi Hank, There's a good article titled "Managing your iTunes Library on an External Hard Drive" that appeared at:
http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/articles/comments/moving-your-itunes-library-to-a-new-hard-drive/ in November. The one warning is that this site has lots of image links and other content of the sort that Greg has been writing about (that makes screen reader use of the web pages hard). If you go there, select all and either send the text to TextEdit using the Service menu of Safari, or just copy and paste it into a text file.
