After you type VO keys and the enter key to start selecting text,
all you have to do is use the normal VO navigation by character, word,
sentence, etc. In select mode, you are highlighting whatever is
spoken. You just repeat VO keys and enter to stop selecting and then
do a command c to copy the text or address or whatever it is to the
clipboard.
