Hi Peg,

Is it possible that you already have your Audible account activated on three
different computers? The iTunes help says:

(iTunes Mac 7.5 Help: If You Can't Play an Audiobook at
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=iTunesMac/7.5/en/15277.html
)

"Spoken programs purchased from the Audible website can be downloaded
to up to three computers at a time."

I know that Audible Manager used on PCs used to allow activation on up to
5 computers. I don't remember whether you need to have an iTunes account
to get your Audible downloads. A more recent Mac user who also subscribes
to Audible might know. Shaun, do you remember having to have an iTunes
account?

Sorry not to be of more help. I know that once you have authorized your
computer for Audible, there is a menu option in the Advanced menu of
the iTunes Menu Bar for "Deauthorize Audible Account".

Cheers,

Esther
