problem accessing help

Hi folks,

When I try to open a help topic by either clicking on it with either  
of the VO clicks, by pressing enter or by pressing the show topic  
button, it takes me back to the first screen with general info about  
the application. Sometimes it will take me to the desired topic after  
this. Is this normal  behaviour for the help app?
