pyobjc.sourceforge.net with safari and lynx

The site gives different information depending on which browser is used. 
lynx is more informative and allows access to the download area while 
safari does not.  lynx tells me these packages are subversion packages in 
the subversion tree.  Does subversion come default installed on Leopard? 
I haven't used that revision control system much in the past but had done 
a little with it.
