not sure what you mean.  first, what is click?  second, if he doesn't have 
internet???

from what I under stand he clicks on a link and it throws him at the top of
the page so he has to go all the way back to where he was to continue.
will ask him more on this problem when I talk to himnext
he doesn't have internet so am having to relay
