No problem.  Have him try vo-space on a link.  he will also need to interact 
with the content.  I think activating a link when it works will take you to 
the top of the targeted page.  If the link doesn't work, it usually just 
sits there so not knowing much about the system and set up, I'm not sure 
where to go with this.

buy click I mean when he enters on a link it throws him at the top of page.
second he only has wifi access when he goes to the coffee shop or when is at
a spot that has free wifi he lives with his parents and doesn't have
internet access and so these questions I am relaying for him do to him not
having internet access all the time he will not subscribe to the lists do to
the hi traffic and time he has.
