question about my Ipod

Hi again,
I have a question about my Ipod.  It was orrigionally formated for my  
windows machine, and I went ahead and had it cync with my mac's Itunes  
library instead.
When I go to read the information about the Ipod in the sumary tab, it  
says it's formated for windows, so I can't update my software.  Is  
there a way to format it so that it will be formated as a macintosh  
Ipod instead of a windows Ipod?  It plays and works fine with my mac's  
Itunes library, but I would like to reformat it to a mac Ipod if this  
is possible.
