yes, system voice is different.  for one thing, I don't think it has 
inflection or the pitch/something is different.

It's weard for me though. At 100 percent system voice, he's slow. At
100 percent VoiceOver speed, he's faster. When Alex, for instance, is
announcing the time I can bairly hear t corectly. I must've dome
something to make it speak extremely fast, ans well.
