Much better to do a search of this discussion list at the Mail Archives.
Since Justin orginially posted about this, I searched on:

from:"Justin" tables download

and got this link:
http://www.mail-archive.com/discuss%40macvisionaries.com/msg22631.html

The web page is at:
http://www.x-tables.eu/

and the current version is 1.4.2 (beyond the beta mentioned in Justin's post)

Here's the excerpted message:

Daniel is on fier with tables accessibility guys. I think you will like the way
tables is going as of late. We now have the ability to determine cell overlap
and an easy way of reading cell comments, something not readily available to
non-WE users.

Here is his message and the link below. He mentions a test file to look at that
demonstrates the new capacities of tables. Email me off list if you want me to
forward that to you.

Hello Justin,

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I made some changes for the next beta release
and moved the formula from the description to the help tag. The description now
only indicates whether the cell contains a formula with "has formula". I also
improved reading of formulas with VoiceOver.

You can download the latest Tables 1.4 beta11 here
http://www.x-tables.eu/download/Tables_1.4 beta11.zip.

I'm currently using the attached Tables document to test the Universal Access
support in Tables. It contains some examples for the improved reading of
formula with VoiceOver as well as some examples for overlapping text.

Regards,

   Daniel
