A few additional notes about the automator move workflow.  Instructions 
are on Greg's site, but just a reminder that when you save the workflow 
as a plug-in, you should make sure the application pop-up menu is 
set to Finder.  Then it behaves as  though it is just another item in the 
context menu for finder, so you select the items you want to move, 
bring up Finder's contextual menu, and choose the plug-in name 
under the Automator submenu under the contextual menu. 

You get a menu that is just like the finder-like menus you get with any 
open dialog, and you can use any of the normal finder shortcuts 
(command-shift-h for home, command-shift-a for applications, 
command-shift-u for utilities, command-shift-c for computer, etc.) 
to navigate your folders and directories, along with the popup 
buttons, to help you select the folder destination you want to 
move your files to.
