PowerPoint To Braille

Is there any sort of program out there that will take a
powerpoint--it's at least 31 slides--omit the pictures, and turn the
rest into Braille?  It would hlpe me greatly as far as making not  I
haven't found a PowerPoint viewer for the Mac, and yes, I can use
windows, but I see stuff much faster in Braille.  Also, I can't
remember, can the same be done with pdfs, or do I have to extract the
text and then turn it into Braille?  I mean with unsecured pdfs.
