they did optimize it and the download is a trial I believe.

I've used it with VO. I had to play around just a little with a few of
the K3000 settings. But yes it does. In fact there is a free download.
Just do a Google search for
Kurzweil 3000 OS X
and you will find a download link. However, I did not purchase it and
I don't know the price.
