Tim is correct, make sure that your share goes down to the lowest level of 
the treen you want to share.  It's not simply enough for instance to say 
share the whole drive because even then, some files and folders are exempted 
seemingly arbetrarily by windows.

TK:  It sounds to me like it's a permission problem that originates
from the Windows box.  Something in the folder has security that only
affects network access.  Because you are the Administrator on the
local Windows box, you won't notice this issue.  I would check the
permissions on the parent directory of your web-site folder, then
migrate those permissions down to the child objects.  This should
ensure that all items within the parent directory have the same access
privileges.  This must be done from your Windows box.
