The VoiceOver manual is rather thorough. It has a good introduction
to the Mac envirohmet, and exercises at the end of the various
chapters. The braille manual is excellent. There is also a recorded
version on ITunes. And, it's free and well done!

I've seen some that explain some of the features, but nothing quite
like the Jaws training, or Window-eyes stuff. If someone would do
something like this it would be a good help for some people. The guy
reading the VoiceOver manual just isn't the same.
