Hi
Hmm sounds like your Voiceover utility got deleted, not sure how that
would happen though. I saw this on a display Mac at an electronics
store once, they apparently gave someone the admin password and they
went in and deleted everything under utilities, including the VO
utility, which resulted in this problem.
Check if you can open Voiceover Utility from the Utilities folder,
under Applications.
