Hi david.
drag and drop works as follows:
1: Find the item you want to drag with your VO cursor.
2: Press VO Command f5 to move the mouse to your selected item
3: Press VO command shift space to start dragging
4: find the place where you want to drop it with your VO cursor
5: Move your mouse to your selected point with VO command f5
6: Press VO command shift space again to drop your item.
