Interesting.  did the instructions say what the name of the file is and 
where it would be located?

I guess if you run system profiler, you can get some of this.

Hello Dave,
Not to my knowledge, because no errors were found. According to the
instructions, if an error is found, a report is placed on the hard
drive if it is still accessible. But these instructions don't say if a
report is produced if no errors are found.
