Hi, It is in system profiler. Under diagnostic I have 2 items. One is called Apple Hardware Test and the other one that's automatically created every time you boot your computer is called Power On Self Test. The file can then be exported as an XML file. Whitch of course, allows for full navigation with Safari. The whole system profiler file is reproduced this way. You can name it whatever you like. For example I called mine Hardware Test and it was named Hardware Test.XML.
