Simon and all,

Choose save as from the file menu to accomplish this. You can tab through
this dialog and press anter, space and right arrow where appropriate. You
will first want to choose the man category of your save. if you have saved
something before, the last save will be reflected in the dialog. If there
are no folders under that category, the file browser will show none. If
there are, you can down arrow to the one you want, press right arrow and
down arrow more if there are folders under the folder you down arrow into.
If there are not, right arrow will do nothingl. when you find the location
you want to save to, you can press enter or tab to save and press enter.

Subject: saving fiels in the right folder of choice

Hello,

When saving files, I am usually presented with the button which
chooses where I want to save my file. The buton usually presents me
with a choice of my home folder. However, in the home folder, I have
created the folder called work. Within that folder I have also created
other folders called for the sake of the argument x and y. When
presented with the dialogue box where I have to choose where to save
my file, I can see the sidebar where I chose my holme folder. Then I
VO further to seee a file table where I can choose my work folder.
However, if I want to choose to save my file to a subfolder of Work, I
just don't know how to do this because I'm only presented with the
work folder but not the subfolders of the work folder. Therefore, I
can't save my files into any of the subfolders of the work folder.
Can anyone tell me why it is?

Best wishes

Simon
