When you are in the save dialog press cmd + shift + g. This will bring up a edit window where you can type in the path to the folder you want to get to.

Hello,

When saving files, I am usually presented with the button which chooses where I want to save my file. The buton usually presents me with a choice of my home folder. However, in the home folder, I have created the folder called work. Within that folder I have also created other folders called for the sake of the argument x and y. When presented with the dialogue box where I have to choose where to save my file, I can see the sidebar where I chose my holme folder. Then I VO further to seee a file table where I can choose my work folder. However, if I want to choose to save my file to a subfolder of Work, I just don't know how to do this because I'm only presented with the work folder but not the subfolders of the work folder. Therefore, I can't save my files into any of the subfolders of the work folder. Can anyone tell me why it is?

Best wishes
