Right, I am saying it is a bug that it stops and does not restart with 
control with key echo on.  It would also probably work with modifer 
announcement turned off in vo too but still a bug.

Hmm...not sure exactly what you're trying to say, but if I am right,
then I agree, it is a bug.  It should work whether or not key echo is
on.  Right now it seems to only work if key echo is off.
