I have to say, after having e-mailed him a couple of months ago when Office 
came out and after not having recieved a reply other than an "out-of-office 
reply," I was not happy to see yet another such "out-of-office" reply. thing 
is, I responded to the reply, stating how I was disappointed that I never 
got a reply to my message from last time and, believe it or not, he replied 
from wherever he is in the far East. For what it's worth, he really does 
seem to read his mail, even if he doesn't respond.
