Dan and all, A lot depends on the document you are trying to read. If you go to the user guides and information folder on your Mac, there are some pdfs there that are readable easily with vo. They can also be navigated. There are keystrokes for moving through pages back and forth, command-left and right arrow respectively up a page and down a page.
To read a document, you find it in the window and interact with it and use vo to examine it or read streight through. The menus help a lot in understanding preview. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dan Eickmeier" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "General discussions on all topics relating to the use of Mac OS X by theblind" <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, May 02, 2008 9:16 AM Subject: Re: How do you make a pdf? Hi Josh, Maybe navigating PDF's in preview would be a very good topic to cover in a future edition of your podcast, as that's something I'm still struggling to figure out. It's probably pretty simple, and when I hear how to do it, it'll be one of those things that I would've thought was so simple, but am just not getting lol On 2-May-08, at 8:18 AM, Josh de Lioncourt wrote: > Steve, > > Near the bottom of the Print dialog on the Mac is a menu button with > PDF creation options.
