Hi,
This technique should work for any file extension. In the finder,
find a file of the type you wish to set the default application. Do
a get info on the file. Expand the "Open with" pane. Select the
application you wish to use from the popup menu, and then check the
checkbox that says "Use the application to open all files like this"
At this point, all new files of the extension should use the new
application you selected.

Hey all. I am trying to get .ogg files to associate with ITunes
because I am sick and tired of having to vo+shift+m every time, go
down to Always Open With, choose Other, then choose ITunes. Is there
a way I can get the Mac to associate .ogg files with ITunes? I
really hope there is. Thanks for the help.
