logged chats with adium?

hello to all, I have a question, I have adium log all my chats, but,  
when I try and go to the window menu in adium, I can only see wha  
ti've receintly typed, it there some other way to view thest chats or  
has anyone else found the chat viewer any help or very usefull in VO?
