So if you pull up the chat window with apple-shift-L you should be able
to VO down twice to get to your list of contacts. Once there you can
type the first letter or two to jump to the screen name of the user you
want to view transcripts from. So your could type r o quickly to jump to
somebody named robert. Then tab to jump to the list of transcripts for
that user. VO+Shift+Down to interact with that list and pick a
particular date/time you want to view. Then tab again to get to the text
of the chosen transcript. VO+Shift+Down to interact with that and you
can go up and down through each line of the chat.
