Skype questions.

I may need to buy Skype Pro for work, and I am wondering how to call a  
landline using Skype for Mac, and if it is accessible with VoiceOver.  
I really need to figure this out now. Is there anyone else that uses  
Skype to do landline calls? If so, is it accessible? Thanks a lot.
