Insewrting Music into Email

I know someone said there's a way to insert music into a Mail message-- 
what's playing in iTunes.  I can't seem to find the instructions.  How  
do you do it?  do you have to do it in the signature, or can you just  
put it at the top of the messages?  I am posting to LiveJournal via  
email a lot now, and so to post what music I am playing I would say
lj-music: music

But it has to be at the very top of the message.  How do I do this?  I  
mean extract what's playing from iTunes and paste it in?
