I wasn't going to comment on this, but I thought I'd post a link to the discussion page on the Wikipedia entry for JAWS. As you may know, the contents of the Wikipedia are contributed posts from users, and then the pages get amended after discussion. The original entry (October 2006) had interesting wording, but you can take a look at the discussion page for the article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:JAWS_%28screen_reader%29 and look for past interesting comments following the arguments that Cara and Erik have espoused. (Note: if you go back and read the current Wikipedia page for JAWS you won't see these comments). I think the Discussion page entries have a number of poignant statements for forum members (some of whom saw the original pages). Cheers, Esther
