Hi David
The option key, in situations where Alt is expected, functions as alt.
The command key is a windows key--if you ever hook an Apple keyboard
up to a non-apple computer this is the behavior you see. The keycodes
correspond, option to alt and command to windows respectively. This is
also why, when you plug a windows keyboard into a Mac, windows becomes
command and alt becomes option. With respect to Web Anywhere, it does
recognize the option keys as alt keys, however the reason it doesn't
work as expected is that the option key is used to enter extended
characters, and sometimes web anywhere is not grabbing the key
combinations before os x does. This is also why when using it you
sometimes can't use Safari commands, and sometimes can.

not on the Mac. undoubtedly, the mac is still driving this thing so
the
option key would still be the option key.
