to find out how braille input works on the mac with voiceover: 1> open vo utility. 2> move to the braille item. this is the last item in the tree. 3> tab to where it says display and right arrow to input and press the space bar. 4> use the vo keys with arrows to interact with the input table. As far as I know, you can only ad not change a braille control mapping.
