Are you using a Dot Mac account? I'm asking because the service is flaky right now and also because your ISP may not likely allow a 10 MB file through the pipes. Dot Mac should have sent it with no problem if that's what you are using. Another thought with Apple mail and large files being sent is it waits a couple of minutes as that file is being transfered.
