You asked: I have a group of six people I need to email--we are al on
the same committee. How do I set up a list where all I do is type in
the name and all the emails are sent out to those people?
TK: Try the following:
• Go into Address Book app.
• Select the 6 Contacts you wish in the specific group. You may need
to use the non-contiguous selecting method if the contacts are not one
after another.
• Once they are selected, go under the File menu and choose "New Group
from Selection".
• Type in a name for the group.
Now when you are in Mail, you simply type the first few letters of the
name of the group and it will find it for you. Since it is a group,
it will send the message to all members of that group.
