Address book works pretty well with VO. Use VO-Arrows to move through
the fields after interacting with the card view for the contact in
question. I use Addressbook everyday and love it, despite a few minor
quirks.

I was told by sited assistance that it moved when hitting tab but
nun of the cursers seemed to track the tab presses!!!
Has anybody received any answers from Accessibility about Address
Book and when or if it will be truly usable?
