I know they added a utility to allow you to edit pronunciations of the
infovox ivox voices. This can be found in your apps folder and it is
completely independent of voiceover utility. I know you can change
the pronunciations of words, so surely you could probably do something
with the punctuation too. Perhaps you might inquire to their tech
support. I don't know a great deal about that utility.
