If you are talking about the sounds made by voiceover when navigating
around the screens it is easy to turn them off. Go in to the voiceover
utility wit VO keys f8. Then arrow down the table until yo get to
sound There should be a checkbox for turning off the sounds when you
tab around. hth.

haven't noticed a way to turn it off. Mostly I would like to turn it
off when listening to music and other content in Itunes. Does anyone
