toggle between mute on or off.

The iTunes volume control can most easily be adjusted either with the
Command-Up arrow or Down arrow key sequence, or with the Apple Remote.
However, you can also interact with the volume slider in iTunes if you
also want to hear the setting announced as a percentage of the maximum
speaker volume of your system.
