I have had endless frustrating problems attempting to buy both
Visiovoice and Infovox Ivox via the Assistivware website using
Voiceover. It is rather ironic. I too couldn't finalise my purchases
and in utter fury and frustration I switched to buying both via
Windows platform using Internet Explorer. It's truly pathetic!. I'm
afraid I was too tired and fed up to complain to Assistiveware
directly although I feel I should have done. I always hit a limit to
do with complaining - I guess I take pity on people. Try using Windows
and Internet Explorer. This is all bad news for Mac and Voiceover and/
or maybe assistiveware.
