Voiceover and tables

Listers, I have just started usingTables for spreadsheets. Whilst  
Voiceover reads cell coordinates well, I can't find a way of Voiceover  
reading the headings of columns. Is there a way of doing so? Can we  
define headings of both columns and rows and have Voiceover read them  
as we move through the cells? I would appreciate some clues from those  
of you who have already been using Tables for some time.
