I haven't tried this for a while but I think that when you insert a
blank disc OSX will prompt you to either eject it or show it on the
desktop. Once on the desktop you can copy files to it just like a hard
drive and then when you eject it it will burn the files to the CD. I
think that CD should be ISO9660 or whatever that PCs can read. Give it a
try.
