One highlights the text to be coppied and presses command C to coppy
the text to the clip bord.
Then command tab to the virtual machine and press command G to grab
input.
Press control V to paste at the appropriate point in your windows VM.
Or in other words, when using leppard, do the leppard commands, and
when using windows, use the windows commands.
