David, that was what I had heard from one of the techs at my office. I
never had such a unit to verify if that was the case or not. I can't
imagine Apple releasing a product if that were the case and that would
surely show up in testing.

Yes, that is true Cara, they will be moving to Aluminum. I knew they
had used Titanium, but wasn't sure if that was still the case
considering the first such units and this was back in the G4 days, had
problems with the AirPort cards or so I was told.
Apparently the entire move to Aluminum is for environmental reasons. I
have to admit, I do like the Aluminum chassis of my iMac.
