Minor typo -- I use the thumb of my right hand to hold down the space
bar when I press VO-Command-Shift-Space -- the four fingers of my
left hand are pressing Command, Option, Control, and Shift for the
start and stop of the drag and drop.

Hi Everyone,
I can't get draging and dropping to work, no matter what I try.
Here is what I am doing:
1. Interacting with songs table.
2. Pressing VO shift space on the desired item.
You don't need to click on the desired item with VO-shift-space but
it's OK if you do.
3. Moving the mouse to the item.
After you have moved the mouse to the item you need to start the
drag and drop with VO-Command-Shift-Space. I slide the fingers of
my left hand over one key to press this so that I have three fingers
in a row on the Control, Option, and Command keys, and use my little
finger to press the Shift key while I press the space bar with the
forefinger of my right hand, but you can always lock the VoiceOver
keys with VO-semi-colon, then press Command-Shift-Space to start the
drag and drop and unlock them again with VO-semi-colon
4. Turning curser tracking off.
5. pressing VO shift space once I've gotten to the location I want
o drop the files.
When you get to the location you want to drop the files, first move
your mouse to the location and then use VO-Command-Shift-Space to
complete the drop. Remember that you're pressing Control-Option-
Command-Shift-Space (the Command key gets pressed, too).
What am I doing wrong? I tried starting at the location I wanted to
drag and drop to and doing VO shift space there, but that brought
me back to mail.
The problem is you're leaving out pressing the Command key at the
same time -- it's VO-Command-Shift-Space for the drag-and-drop action.
Perhaps someone can email me off list and walk me through this
somehow?
Thanks, Olivia
