Hi,

Yes, it absolutely does. A place people can go to find step by step directions on how to use Voiceover and documentation for customer service representitives to assist. It seems like a thing we at ICE would be more than willing to push our resources into creating/adding to. I shal discuss this with the board at the next oppertunity and post here about our decition.

Thanks for listening,
Alex,

There was at one time a Wiki already out there, I don't know what happen to it, but some on this list may know. I hope someone can locate it, I don't think reinventing the wheel would be a benefit. As far as helping, I'll be honest and say my time is very limited, but I'm willing to review and add things as I can. I'd rather see a group focus on developing a framework if not some actual documentation that we could offer and encourage Apple to use either in their training or that we can offer stores directly so they can help customers more effectively.
Does this make sense?

I think we could take some of the info in these places and compile them into a simple, but clear/concise document that we might offer as a suggestion to Apple. What I'm thinking is a training manual of sorts they could offer to employees either as a part of training or at least at the stores so folks could get the basics of VO down.

Hi,

I am thinking of putting together a Voiceover resource you can all edit and contribute to. If people would Like me to post about this, please Reply to this post.

I have posted about it before, the wiki, that is.
